Overview

The primary mission of the Sr Program Manager role is to provide strategic support and ensure effective coordination / execution of organizational goals and objectives. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Data & Analytics and will provide strategic planning, organizational support, communication & coordination as well as performance monitoring. As Lennar transitions to become an AI-first, insights-driven organization this role will be critical to drive and deliver objectives resulting in material business value.

Responsibilities
  • Support of the SVP of Data & Analytics, providing council, support and assist in leading the executive team to deliver against key business objectives.
  • Develop and implement program objectives, strategies, and action plans in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and analyze information to identify program requirements, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with program implementation and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate project risks regularly and take appropriate actions to minimize their impact on program objectives; implement contingency plans as necessary.
  • Define program metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluation criteria to measure program success.
  • Monitor program performance against established KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive program reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and enhanced program delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback, conducting lessons learned sessions, and implementing best practices.
Qualifications
  • Thirst to help transform Lennar into an AI-first, insights-driven organization.
  • Between 8-11 years of experience within Business Administrative field or related past experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management, engineering) is typically required. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • Previous experience supporting senior technology executives in a corporate IT environment as a Chief of Staff, Planner or Program Manager.
  • Proven experience in program management, project management, or a related role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc).
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
