```Duties```
- Manage and oversee all administrative functions and operations of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment
- Supervise and coordinate the work of office staff, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and clerical workers
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Knowledge of vendor management processes
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Professional phone etiquette
- MUST BE BILINGUAL
