NIGHT FLOOR CARE TECHNICIAN

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Ardex Flooring

MISSION

To ensure assigned areas of the property are clean, neat, well maintained and safe. Objective is to meet all Leisure Sports standards for cleanliness and safety. Complete all cleaning or repair duties while minimizing impact on member/guest usage of club facility. Complete all assigned task and projects and communicate with Chief Engineer and Executive Housekeeper after each scheduled service.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow and complete all floor care cleaning or repair duty checklists and/or assignments each regularly scheduled apointment
• Meet the properties standards for quality and quantity of work performed
• Make sure all cleaning supplies, solutions, chemicals, etc. are used and stored properly and carefully; follow guidelines and precautions on SDS sheets
• Make sure all floor care equipment, tools, appliances, and machinery are used, operated and stored properly and carefully
• Report any broken equipment, machinery, tools, etc. to the Chief Engineer or Executive Housekeeper
• Follow all property and OSHA safety guidelines
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Engineer or Executive Housekeeper

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidates, with or without reasonable accommodations, must be able to:

• Write, read, speak, hear and see
• Walk, kneel, and bend
• Lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Stand for prolonged periods
• Use cleaning equipment and tools (i.e., mops, brooms, tile scrubbers, etc.)
• Set-up and take-down equipment / function
• Work with chemicals and other potentially hazardous materials
