Hours: Monday-Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-4

Office/Location: 4216 - Hendersonville, NC
Address: 59 Highlands Square Drive, Hendersonville, NC
Dates: April 1-3, 8-10, 17, 24
Hours: Monday 8-6, Tuesday-Thursday 7:30-5:30, Friday 7:30-2

Contract details:

• Compensation: $1200 per day
• OT: $225 /hour
• Malpractice Insurance is provided
• TRAVEL & LODGING EXPENSE is covered if necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Updated Curriculum Vitae
• Professional License
• Driver’s License
• Active DEA is required
• Please ready your NPI and DEA number (DEA schedule and DEA Expiration date)
