Fayetteville Family Dental is Hiring an Associate General Dentist Near Fayetteville, NC

At Fayetteville Family Dental in Fayetteville, NC, we provide a comprehensive range of dental services to meet the unique needs of every family member including cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, crowns, same-day emergency treatment, veneers, root canals, full family services, and more. Our priority is to deliver quality care to informed patients in a comfortable and convenient setting.

We are a busy, established PPO practice seeking a full–time experienced general dentist to join our team this August 2024. We provide a full range of dental treatments on site, including dental exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, dentures, wisdom teeth extraction and implants. Hours of operation Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:30pm. We work only 4 days a week so our staff can have a better work-life balance.

Mild weather, growing influx of population brought by Fort Liberty and the modest cost of living has made the surrounding Fayetteville area a top pick for NC dentists. The office has an established reputation providing quality care and excellent service to the patients in the local community.

We offer our doctors a guaranteed salary with highly competitive income based on productions with a two year renewable contract. Well maintained equipment and the staff are fully trained. All digital xrays and CBCT on site. The position will give you an opportunity to focus on the clinical dentistry while the administrative staff takes care of the rest for you. Responsibilities:
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions
- Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings and fluoride treatments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and proper dental care techniques
- Create treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and other dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Skills:
- Pediatrics: Ability to provide dental care to children and adolescents
- Medical coding: Knowledge of coding systems used in dental billing and insurance claims
- Aseptic technique: Proficiency in maintaining a sterile environment during dental procedures
- Anatomy knowledge: Understanding of the structure and function of the oral cavity and surrounding structures
- Dentrix: Familiarity with Dentrix dental practice management software
- Medical imaging: Ability to interpret and analyze dental X-rays and other imaging techniques
- Infection control: Knowledge of protocols and practices to prevent the spread of infections in a dental setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $250,000.00 - $325,000.00 per year
