MORE Dental Solutions is seeking a General Dentist for our thriving practice in Gaston County. We are seeking a motivated Dentist for our Gaston County/Grtr Charlotte area practice. We are committed to a patient centric experience delivering high quality dentistry in a comfortable, up to date environment. Our positive and supportive culture is our commitment to you. MORE Dental Solutions in partnership with our Dr/Partners have proven systems and resources to support your professional journey.

You will be a full-time, permanent doctor at our partner practice. Our doctor owned and operated, high-end office environment offers state of the art technology. Experienced dentists, new graduates, those interested in relocating to the Carolina’s and those already here are highly encouraged to apply. Opportunities include a competitive compensation package, as well as a schedule of established patients. Qualified candidates should possess a high level of professionalism, eagerness, and a desire to serve their patients. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills, be patient-centric, and driven to perform. Our experienced Doctor/Partners and support teams provide the highest quality experiences in dentistry and do so in a fun, high-volume practice.

Full-time opportunity available

Outstanding uncapped salary estimated between $200-300K

Full management support including non-clinical operations, revenue cycle management, marketing, training, financial reporting, strategic sourcing, and hygiene leadership.
