Per diem | Day and Night Shift | 8 and 12hrs/shift

Requirements:

• 1 years of recent experience in similar SNF/LTC/TCU setting
• BLS (must be AHA)
• Active Washington RN License
• EPIC experience
• COVID-19 vaccine with boosters (Medical/Religious Exemptions Allowed)
• TB test that is not taken over a year
• MMR and Varicella Vaccine
• TDAP (within the last 10 years)
• 2 Professional References that you worked with within the last 12months

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Night shift

Weekly schedule:

• 4x12
• 5x8
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• RN: 1 year (Preferred)
• Epic: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• RN License (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Seattle, WA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
