Description
Title:Project Coordinator
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects for our Sweathouz and Dogtopia franchises. The Project Manager will work closely with the Director of Construction to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Junior Project Manager will also be responsible for overseeing contractors, managing timelines, and communicating with franchise owners.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Director of Construction to oversee construction projects for Sweathouz and Dogtopia franchises
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Oversee contractors and ensure that work is completed to the highest standards of quality
- Communicate regularly with franchise owners to provide updates on project progress
- Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Experience working in construction management, preferably in the franchise industry
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
