**Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in various accounting tasks. **Duties:** - Manage office operations and administrative staff - Perform general ledger reconciliation and account analysis - Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks - Conduct budgeting and financial reporting - Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations - Utilize Quicken software for financial management - Assist with corporate accounting functions **Requirements:** - Proven experience in office management or related roles - Proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping principles - Strong knowledge of accounting software, including Quicken - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
