My client, a public company with offices in the Doral area, is looking for a talent acquisiton specialist to join their team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our organization's talent management and training development initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in interviewing, research, lead generation, and succession planning.

Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Generate leads for potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events

Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Proven experience in talent management, recruitment, or related HR roles
- Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
- Proficient in conducting research and generating leads for potential candidates
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
