```Job Overview```
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Coordinator to join our team.

• Creating/Reviewing Punch lists daily, signing off on items that are completed and confirming buyer selections have been completed as well as noting down deficiencies. Making sure all items on list are corrected, completed prior to walk thru
• Create typed reports and email to GC and Sub GC to complete repairs and ready the home for walk thru with Buyers
• Communication between Project Manager, Resident Supervisor, Contracts Admin, and Buyer of any issues that may delay closing/walk thru at all times
• General follow up on regular maintenance for A/C, electrical issues, water, landscape, pool maintenance until closed
• Assist with walk thru with Buyer and GC Management
• Meeting Buyers, creating pre-closing inspection reports, creating tracking reports with team involved
• Daily communication, follow ups via email, phone, etc daily updates on punch list to homeowners and buyers
• Daily communication with Admin Asst regarding scheduled repair appointments, and closing out on Tracking Report
• Scheduling appointments as often as necessary with the Homeowner to "sign off" on completed original punch list items
• Maintain an interpersonal relationship with Buyers and Residents, creating a calm environment, resolving issues in a timely manner, and communicating to all parties of completion.
• Scanning appropriate documentation to correct Project Folder

-High School graduate

- 3-4 years of customer service preferably with direct contact with people

- Must have interpersonal skills and understanding of dealing with multiple personalities.

- General construction knowledge required.

-Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Procore (not necessary but helpful)

-Self-Motivated

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.

- Work requires fair amount of walking – both inside and outside

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
