We are looking to add a Service Valet Coordinator to the Genesis store.

This position is responsible for the management of rental vehicle inventory, management of valet staff, and coordination of valet pick up and drop off to guests. The Service Valet Coordinator will help facilitate valets when needed and serve as one of the main points of contact for service guests. The position will require a detail-oriented mind with a focus on customer service and communication.

Essential Functions

• Greets customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage inventory of rental vehicles
• Manage daily schedule of valets
• Oversee Valet staff
• Ensure quality control for condition of vehicles
• Drives customers vehicles safely
• Uses good judgment and safe driving skills at all times
• Keep clear communication with customers of time of departure and arrival
• Operates tablet or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service.
• Keeps assigned vehicles neat and organized.
• Fills vehicle with fuel.
• Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner
• Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area in accordance with company policy
• Efficiently Coordinate Pickup & Delivery of up to 10 Guests Cars Per day.
• Responsible for Quality control of Valet Vehicle Cleaning.

Job Requirements

• Must have a clean driving record
• Customer service background
• Experience with inventory management
• Ability to communicate accurately with both customers and service members
• Dealership service experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
