We are looking to add a service valet to the Genesis store.

This position will be responsible for driving a service loaned car to the customer’s work or home and bringing the customers vehicle back to the dealership. Then returning the customers vehicle back to them when service work is completed. The valet will also check in the vehicle upon pick up and relay information to the advisor when arriving back at the dealership. Apply today!

Essential Functions

• Greets customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Drives customers vehicles safely
• Uses good judgment and safe driving skills at all times
• Keep clear communication with customers of time of departure and arrival
• Operates tablet or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service.
• Keeps assigned vehicles neat and organized.
• Fills vehicle with fuel.
• Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner
• Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area in accordance with company policy

Job Requirements

• Must have a clean driving record
• Customer service background
• Ability to communicate accurately with both customers and service members
• Dealership service experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
