Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dietary Manager to join our team as a Regional Manager responsible for a couple of our buildings. As a Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the dietary department and ensuring the provision of high-quality meals and nutrition services to our patients. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for promoting health and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the dietary department, including supervising staff and coordinating daily operations
- Conduct patient assessments to determine individual dietary needs and develop personalized care plans
- Ensure that all meals meet nutritional requirements and adhere to dietary restrictions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal nutrition support for patients
- Monitor food production, storage, and distribution processes to maintain quality standards
- Develop and implement health coaching programs to promote healthy eating habits
- Oversee budgeting and inventory management for the dietary department
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to nutrition and dietary services
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive work environment
