Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual sessions

Run skilled acquisition programs with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior Analysis

Observe and record client's behaviors through data input into an ABA software

Work with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to implement individualized treatment plans and receive supervision

Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients

Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions, and when emergency crisis situations arise

Other job duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Registered Behavior Technician Certification from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board

Capable of passing Level 2 Background Check

Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently

BILINGUAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH PREFERRED
