Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and ABA Para.
• Monitor and analyze data to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
