Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with skill acquisition programs, including teaching communication, social, and daily living skills
- Provide support during community outings and activities
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client sessions

Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, families, and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others

Requirements:

- Must have Medicaid Provider Number

- Please note that training will be provided for qualified candidates who do not have prior experience in the field.
