Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and be a Registered Behavior Technician.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and analyze data on individual's behaviors
- Assist in the development of care plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals
- Teach new skills and support activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Implement behavior plans
Experience:
The successful candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:
- Working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience in analyzing behavior and implementing behavioral therapy techniques
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Experience working with children
