As the Product Manager for CellHawk, you will be owning our connected devices platform that our investigators use to interpret data that we receive from connect device carriers. You will closely work with subject matter experts in the field, as well as those internally delivering the best in class solutions for our investigators.

As the Product Manager for CellHawk, you will be owning our connected devices platform that our investigators use to interpret data that we receive from connect device carriers. You will closely work with subject matter experts in the field, as well as those internally delivering the best in class solutions for our investigators.

Role and responsibilities:

LeadsOnline exists to advance cases, careers, causes, and compliance with its unique data, well-designed technology, and exceptional teamwork. We do this through our principles of service, energy, diligence, and persistence.

The Product Manager will:

Outline a Product Roadmap: Set a vision/long term strategy for delivery of our connected devices investigative platform:CellHawk.

Engage Team and Stakeholders: Work across teams to ensure we are delivering features, capabilities and processes that can be deployed by our technical teams and customers.

Own Go to Market strategy for key features and product launches.

Partner with the Chief Product Officer and SLT to deliver amazing product and services to our law enforcement partners.

Own the health of your product: Track performance by supporting the development of appropriate metrics and measurables. Proactively look into how to better the LeadsOnline product portfolio.

Creative Problem Solving: Many of the challenges we face will not have an obvious solutions; it will take creative technical collaboration to create a solution that the industry can adopt.

Drive and Celebrate the Team: In the agile process, the PM needs to set the vision for a given sprint along with provide both energy and positive pressure so that our teams deliver the features our customers require.

Embrace the Agile Development process: Work with assigned Agile teams on backlog reviews, daily standups, refinement meetings and sprint complete celebrations.

This might be you if you have SOME of the following

Strong understanding of software as a service (Saas).

Passion for the investigative process including helping law enforcement solve crimes.

Ability to lead, drive consensus and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.

Ability to manage the overall project including rollout timeline, weekly deliverables, and key gaps or barriers.

Demonstrate remarkable leadership and communication skills. You should be comfortable representing your team and championing your projects across the organization.

Ability to make data driven decisions to drive roadmap items for your assigned product.

Embrace the Agile Development process: Work with assigned Agile teams on backlog reviews, daily standups, refinement meetings and sprint complete celebrations.

Experience in the law enforcement or connected device fields is a plus.

Knowledge of Pragmatic Marketing is desirable.
