Genesis10 is seeking a Project Manager for Product Development and Implementation for our client in the Pharmaceuticals Industry. This is a 6-month Contract to Hire opportunity. There could be up to 25% travel required with this position. The remainder of the time could be worked remotely.

Description: We are currently seeking a project manager to support the solution development life cycle of our technology solutions. The ideal candidate is an expert in project management and possesses the necessary skill of balancing process rigor with a dynamic, quickly growing product that requires flexibility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the project manager responsible for supporting the product life cycle of suite of technology-based solutions to include support of the product management, engineering, and implementation teams.
• Work with internal and client stakeholders to provide project management for paid development projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget and appropriately identify when projects are at risk of not meeting these objectives.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress for product enhancements, regular releases and client implementations.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager in a related field required with product implementation and/or development preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or project management experience with certification required.
• Detail and process-oriented with strong organization, multi-tasking and tracking skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced skill set in Microsoft Office including high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Project and/or equivalent project application suite.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Hybrid environments.
• Positive and team-oriented attitude and approach to getting work done.
• Must be available to Travel, estimated 25%.
• Ability to manage several similar projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Healthcare experience, specifically pharmaceutical (pharmacy/PBM), preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or working towards PMP certification preferred.
• Experience using Smartsheet project and work management platform a plus.
