All required CEU's for licensure can be obtained in house. LBE also offers an annual $300 training stipend.

Responsibilities

• Document a minimum of 30 full sessions per week
• Complete client assessments and assign them to the appropriate level of care
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans
• Review goals and interventions with clients on a bi-annual basis for outpatient clients, and a monthly basis for intensive outpatient clients
• Collaborate and coordinate with other providers as clinically appropriate
• Monitor and document client progress in achieving established goals

Qualifications

• Master?s degree in behavioral health field or are a prospective graduate of a master?s program in the behavioral health field
• Superior communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• LMSW, LGCPC minimum licensure requirement; however, prospective graduates who intend on obtaining a license are encouraged to apply!

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced independent licensure (LCPC or LCSW-C)
• Proficiency in multiple therapeutic modalities (ACT, CBT, DBT, Child-Centered Play, IFS, MBCT, etc)
