Position Summary: Provide direct mental health services
Location: OMHC - 3502 West Rogers Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215.
Job Requirements:
- Valid professional license - LMSW, LGPC, LCSW, LCSW-C, LCPC
- Must pass state and federal background check
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, crisis interventions, individual, group, and/or family therapy to assigned clients on a fee for service basis.
- Develop treatment goals and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with COMAR regulations in EMR (electronic medical record).
- Conduct initial intakes and assessments if comfortable.
- Maintain strict confidentiality according to the federal and state guidelines and requirements.
- Uphold the professional code of ethics.
- Maintain a cooperative relationship with co-workers, and others.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Type: Contract/FT with the following benefits:

- $500 Signing Bonus
Compensation:
- LGPC, LMSW, LMFT - $40-50 depending on experience and caseload, includes 3 hours per month of supervision
- LCPC, LCSW, LCMFT - $50-60 depending on experience and caseload
- $500 Signing Bonus payable after 6 months of full time employment
