LE043 Quality Technology Services, LLC is Hiring a Remote Development Content Specialist

The Development Content Specialist is responsible for envisioning, producing, and executing multi-form, multi-media projects, and presentations. This role is critical to the creation and telling of the QTS story to sophisticated and experienced data center developers and construction partners. While part of the Property Development Team, the Development Content Specialist will be key in developing content for the QTS Development Group, forward thinking, the willingness to plan, develop, and build new content for immediate rollout and implementation. The Development Content Specialist will work closely with internal QTS teams, investing the time to understand the thought-out approach, while creatively building and bringing the thoughts and ideas to life in a new way. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Other duties may be assigned. Actively supporting new initiatives and connect marketing design to target audience. Ongoing support of the initiatives to continually develop and adapt to the fast-paced growth the Data Center world brings. Initial review of new challenges that are brought up, developing a creative way to leverage, display, and deploy the information. Aid in developing new standard formatting, while maintaining a creative aspect to the flow of information. Develop creative content that will be displayed throughout the Development groups displays. Participate in creative strategy discussions with leadership and other QTS groups to ensure brand management is consistent on all platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to optimize web content. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Visual Design, Engineering or other related major or equivalent professional experience · One or more years of experience in developing creative content for many uses. · One or more years of related professional experience in digital marketing, real estate, architecture, engineering, or other professional services related companies. · Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · Specific experience in creative solutions for materials and content. · Ability to curate and maintain an organized digital asset library. · Experience and comfort with web-based communications, website management and digital media production. · Excellent writing, editing, and design skills and strong experience in graphic design/layout and content creation.
