We are seeking a results-driven Director of Product Marketing to lead our team responsible for bringing the customer value we build to life. As we bring new products and innovative updates to the Market, this leader will be responsible for strategies, roadmaps and detailed organized execution aligned with business outcomes. They will be responsible for all Product Marketing messaging, positioning and related collateral that helps us exceed our growth goals and create incredible customer success for the Trades Industries. What you'll do: Lead a team helping to develop and grow a talented, high performing group of PMMs. Collaborate with ServiceTitan leadership to develop narratives which establishes the ServiceTitan platform and various product offerings as the leaders in the market Develop the ServiceTitan Product Marketing Strategy and be responsible for the teams who assist in delivery of customer value to market and business outcomes to ServiceTitan, Inc. Create and lead all product marketing initiatives aligned with financial plans, product roadmaps and audience insights. Collaborate with Sales, Revenue and Marketing to develop roadmaps that align with acquisition, engagement and audience growth strategies. Flawless execution of meaningful and impactful messaging, claims, audience narratives and stories, release communications and all other product related customer communications. Conduct ongoing competitive product gap analysis to support various teams. What you'll need: 10 years of product marketing/go-to-market experience in SMB and/or Mid Market SAAS or relevant experiences in consumer SAAS. Track record of leading Product Marketing Organizations within businesses that have $100M in revenue. Proven experience driving year over year growth within that business. Proven ability to deliver solid creative design and strong copywriting skills. Experience turning value propositions to simple and powerful messaging tailored to specific audiences. Ability to synthesize complex product features into compelling and desirable consumer benefits. Demonstrated metrics-driven, process-based best practices that result in scaling success. You bring critical thinking and an analytical style that prioritizes a drive for results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Very strong organizational skills. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $169,000 USD - $243,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
