LCS Heating & Cooling, LLC is Hiring a Service Technician Near Indianapolis, IN
Don't be average, be exceptional! Our specialty is HVAC, which is the key to true home comfort. We are currently accepting resumes for Service Technician. It's preferred that candidates have a minimum of 2 years experience troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment.

Candidates will have a valid driver’s license, clean background check and tools that are in good operating condition. Rotation in the on-call schedule is required and is currently one week, every six weeks. In the spring and fall seasons, there is opportunity to participate in a 4-day workweek schedule.
How much will you make in this position? Most companies advertise a very wide range: $22-$60/hour! So what’s realistic? At LCS, you’ll have a base hourly rate in this position (generally between $22-$34/hour, based on technical experience), with opportunity to earn weekly and monthly bonus. With our bonus structure, you can make $10,000, $15,000, $20,000 or more a year, on top of your hourly pay!
