Technicians will travel to various service calls throughout the day. Each day will be different. You will be interacting with customers daily throughout Indianapolis.

To be successful in this role, ideal candidates are detail-oriented, customer service driven, have strong communication skills, and have the motivation to perform at the highest level. You will be interacting with our customers daily and having patient and respectful behavior is a must as you are representing our Garage Door Doctor.

• The job requires a high degree of “selling”, whether of ideas and policies within the organization, or products or services in the marketplace.
• Must be able to work after hours, over weekends, with short notice
• The job environment is fast-paced and results-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid Indiana driver's license
• Must pass a Drug test, Background check, and Motor Vehicle check
• Ability to multitask
• Taking part in training exercises regarding the garage door industry, sales, etc.
• Riding along with current Technicians and Installers to learn details of the business
• Assisting Technicians and Installers on the road
• Performing skills under the guidance of current Technicians
