**Lead Barista Responsibilities:**
* Supporting the day to day operations of the Morning Ritual coffee shop.
* Managing barista/host staff and helping to prepare, serve and lead the culture and growing of the Morning Ritual business.
**Lead Barista Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* 1 years of supervisory bar, hospitality or restaurant operations experience.
* Applicants must have strong leadership skills.
* Applicants must be able to multi-task, maintain a sense of urgency at all times, and be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Applicants must have strong attention to detail, be a team player, and have a positive attitude.
* Applicants must have excellent customer service skills.
