Summary: Provides compassionate, quality care to residents. Directly responsible for supervision of the nursing unit. Responsible for ensuring that residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local guidelines.

Requirements: Currently licensed as a practical nurse in the state of Arkansas. Must possess a good working knowledge of the nursing process and demonstrate sound clinical skills.
