Summary: Ensures compassionate, quality care is provided to our residents. Directly responsible for the supervision of the nursing unit Must be able to supervise the facility in the absence of the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing. Must promote good public relations for the unit and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements: Current Arkansas RN License

Experience: Previous experience as a nursing home charge nurse with a desire to work in geriatrics preferred. Must possess a good working knowledge of the nursing process and demonstrate sound clinical skills. Must promote good public relations for the unit and maintain resident confidentiality.
