Position Summary:
Lawrence Group, Integrate Construction Partners, and New Found is a strategic alliance of building design, development, and project delivery companies headquartered in St. Louis with offices in Austin and New York. With 180 employees, our firms offer architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, graphic design, planning, construction management, and real estate development services to academic, housing, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and senior living clients. In addition, we manage residential and commercial properties in St Louis.
We are currently recruiting for a Director of Talent Development. This position will promote Lawrence Group's culture and core values and advance them with our people and throughout our organization. We outsource many of the firm's legal and traditional human resource functions; thus, this position will emphasize people and career development.

Position responsibilities:
The Director of Talent Development will be responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development, continuous learning of team members, and growth of our people. The Director of Talent Development will serve as a business liaison and generalist with key leaders in the organization.
This position will build, maintain and contribute to solid functional teams through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building, and succession planning. The key responsibilities include:
· Assesses and measures employee engagement and culture in partnership with organizational leadership.
· Assist employees in reaching their full potential:
· Identify and provide training opportunities for employees
· Identify and develop resources for employee's strategic growth (leadership development)
· Manage employee career path growth and advocate for opportunities for growth
· Manage organizational development strategies and processes for talent development.
· Assess organizational development needs for the business units.
· Assist supervisors and managers provide facilitation and coaching regarding organizational development methods and tools.
· Plan and lead short and long-term planning for corporate development programs.
· Manage the performance feedback, goals setting, and coaching processes.
· Assist with the individual development planning process for executives and emerging leaders.
· Consult with the business units regarding mentoring and employee growth.
· Assist with employee relations issues and corrective action planning.
· Assist with incoming staff orientation and onboarding
· Aid and participate in recruiting process
· Report to the organization leadership team quarterly
· Serve as an HR business partner and generalist for the corporate office locations.
· Prepares budgetary recommendations that provide for effective management of resources.
Qualifications:
· An awareness of the building design industry.
· BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field.
· Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field a plus, but not required
· MBA or MS in HR or related field a plus, but not required
· PHR/SPHR certification is a plus but not required
· Minimum of 7-10 years experience in talent development and or human resources
