Our office is looking for an experienced immigration paralegal who is ready to grow professionally, gain invaluable experience, and prosper with our office. Our office has grown exponentially over the past few years, and we need experienced and dedicated paralegals to meet the needs of our expanding clientele. The job responsibilities include the following:
1) Preparation of immigration applications for Adjustment of Status and consular processing including forms I-485, I-130, I-360, I-864, I-765, I-131, and DS-260;
2) Preparation of I-601A waiver packets, N-400 Applications, DACA applications, I-751 Petitions, and U visa applications for submission to USCIS;
3) Preparation of waiver applications for the Immigration Courts including forms EOIR-42A, EOIR-42B and I-589.
4) Preparation of SIJS Petitions for submission to the New York and New Jersey Family Courts;
5) Preparation of evidentiary packets for submission to the Immigration Courts.
Office Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
