Join our client in their mission to provide transformative home offices, art studio sheds, and Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) solutions for busy professionals, artists, and families in the San Francisco Bay Area. As the global market for ADUs experiences significant growth and is projected to reach USD $10.6 billion by 2030, this company is at the forefront of creating innovative solutions for modern living.
As a Sales Development Representative (Remote), you will be responsible for contacting inbound B2C leads, customer negotiating, and closing deals. You will play a crucial role in the sales team by working closely with the Sales Director and other team members to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:
  • 2 years of remote B2C sales experience 
  • Excellent communication and clean, "radio" voice
  • Excellent time management skills and urgent mentality
  • Successful track record and achievements in sales
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot, Dialpad and other sales and AI software
Preferred qualifications:
  • 2y of ADU, Residential Construction or Real Estate sales experience
  • Understanding of the ADU construction process and material types

Benefits

  • Employment type: Full-time
  • On-target earnings (OTE) $100,000-120,000 year (negotiable depending on the location and skills)
  • Base compensation $50,000-$70,000 (negotiable depending on the location and skills)
  • Uncapped commission - paid monthly 
  • 100 inbound leads per month. You’ll hit your quota :)
  • Flexible remote work environment
  • PTO, including vacation, sick days, and company holidays
  • 1-week paid training. Established scripts, playbooks, FAQ, plenty of videos
  • Twice per year: paid 1-week San Francisco Bay Area office visit (for remote candidates)

  • 1 - 15-min virtual interview with Founder/CEO (General fit)
  • 2 - 30-min Mock video sales call with Sales Director (Sales skills assessment)
