Latitude is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Chester, MD

Salary: $80,000 - 100,000/year

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to develop messaging, positioning, go-to-market plans, including sales enablement tools and competitive intelligence, and content.
Working closely with marketing, customer experience, and product teams, you will be responsible for ensuring that messaging, positioning, and marketing programs across the company’s suite of products are compelling, differentiated, and measurable.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates us and our products in the market.
  • Translate technology features into business value to help drive awareness, demand and accelerate decision-making to impact sales opportunities and customer adoption/usage.
  • Drive the planning and launch of new offerings and capabilities and releases and participate in managing the cross-functional implementation of those plans.
  • Develop and keep content fresh, including collateral, thought leadership and solution presentations, speaking engagement abstracts, website content, videos, blogs, by-lined articles, webcasts, trade-shows, analyst briefings, and more to execute communication strategies and accelerate the buyer’s journey.
  • Conduct and keep updated our competitive analysis; communicate competitive updates – and how we can win against those competitors – across the company regularly
  • Develop sales enablement tools and support training for sales and solutions consultants
  • Stay abreast of cybersecurity and industry news and events, industry analyst reports and social activity. Leverage these to educate key constituents and to drive awareness and demand generation.
  • Create and manage a Voice of the Customer (VOC) listening program to understand customer base, measure customer satisfaction, and industry needs

Qualifying Requirements:

  • 3 years of security software product marketing experience
  • Experience in threat intelligence and Business-to-Government (B2G) marketing preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (writing samples required)
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
  • Previous experience/high comfort level with presenting externally and conducting trainings with staff internally
  • Strong ability to multitask and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Driven, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to improve on our current marketing efforts
