New Job Opportunity - IT Operations Manager
New job opportunity with a client based out of Frederick, MD. Looking to hire an experienced IT Operations Manager with at least 4 years of prior related working experience in IT Management.
Must have experience implementing IT Policies/procedures as well as IT budgeting and resource management
Type/Logistics of the Role:
- Full Time -Direct Hire - Our client is looking in pay in the range of 100k-125k (Dependent on experience)
- - Frederick, MD - Hybrid (After initial training period)
Day to Day Activities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT modernization business systems
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and effectiveness
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize IT operations, enhance system and operations performance, and mitigate risks to meet & exceed various SLAs
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business and system modernization requirements and align IT operations goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field experiences; Master’s degree preferred
- experience implementing IT Policies/procedures as well as IT budgeting and resource management
Strong leadership skills with experience leading and developing high performing teams
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases
- Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
- Experience with any of the following technologies is highly preferred -Dell PowerEdge servers, Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platforms, Meraki network & security devices, Synology storage, Veeam, and DFS
