OPERATIONS COORDINATOR 2 Rate 25.00 / HR TIME & ½ FOR OT PERFORMANCE BASED INCENTIVE AFTER SATISFACTORY 90 DAY PERFORMANCE EVALUATION. 80 HOURS PRO RATED PAID ANNUAL VACATION 8 PAID HOLIDAYS. NO OTHER BENEFITS. PAY IS PAID BI-MONTHLY 2-5 DAYS AFTER THE LAST WORK DAY ON OR BEFORE THE 15TH OF THE MONTH AND 2-5 DAYS AFTER THE LAST WORK DAY OF THE MONTH.

This JOB has two COMPONENTS. One is a hands-on, physical, working manager, who will be learning, doing and overseeing all aspects of the Office Warehouse function, including outside sales interface, warehousing, delivery ring and receiving, picker and forklift operation, forklift trainer and maintenance management, vehicle management and maintenance scheduling, all phases of supplier interface, purchasing, invoicing, collections management, security, safety, applicant interviews, certificates of insurance, housekeeping, and computer network, along with typical office and warehouse responsibilities. There will be staff on hand to perform all of these functions, however, you will not only be required to manage the staff, but you will also be required to personally augment all areas of responsibilities (HANDS ON AS NEEDED) or deligate to get the job done.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 
Familiarity or ability to learn to use an Ipad and learn to use the company computer system. A Confidentiality and Non-Compete Agreement will be required. 
JOB QUALITIES REQUIRED: 
High Energy, have Lots of Common Sense, Understands the Importance of Prioritization, is good at Communication, Delegation, (when Hands On is not enough), and who is able to hold Up under Pressure while maintaining a good attitude. Intelligent, logical, with better than average Memory and a knack for detail, for whom accuracy is a passion, and who understands the dangers of assumption. Your job will be to ensure Corporate Policy and Procedure is FOLLOWED, both by yourself and by those under your supervision.
WORK SCHEDULE is Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM, No Nights or Weekends, Minimal OT. 
YOU MUST BE Resilient, Cooperative, and Affable with a good sense of humor, who Understands and Respects the Chain of Command and gets the job done. You must ASSUME NOTHING, you MUST ASK, ASK, ASK if in doubt, your Resource People & Supervisors
The 2nd JOB component requires you to fit into upper management as you will be working directly under the auspices and guidance of both Vice Presidents and President of the Company, each of whom, has a well-defined vision of their requirements.  They will be your resource contacts. You will learn from them and work with them daily by iPad, text, and phone. Additionally, you will have key responsibility as well as the authority and responsibility to interview and train new hires, make recommendations TO senior management as to staffing, hiring and firing, equipment adequacy, vehicle adequacy, office, and warehouse adequacy.
