Job Overview:

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all operations including Packaging, Manufacturing, External Testing, Order Fulfillment, and Logistics - ensuring consistent delivery of products to market while fostering a culture of continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing).

Requirements:

  • 21
  • Must have previous experience in METRC
  • Google Workspace (specifically Sheets & Google Drive)

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Controlled inventory tracking in METRC and internal systems.
  • Production Scheduling: Management of work orders, generating batch tickets, daily, weekly, and monthly production and packaging scheduling/planning to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Outside Accounts Management
  • Workflow Management: Coordination and scheduling with testing facility to ensure COA information is processed promptly. Preparation of outbound orders, both external and internal.
  • Data Management: Oversight and auditing of production and packaging data in internal sheets.
  • Train and coach the staff on quality, safety, and MCA compliance to ensure the facility meets state regulatory, OSHA, and internal quality standards.
  • Lead meetings with the management team to discuss supply/demand, new projects, and upcoming information.
  • Address company policy violations and work in conjunction with HR and direct managers to administer disciplinary action.
  • Maintains a fast pace and high attention to detail in all areas of the team.

Experience:

- Proven experience as an Operations Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong clerical and customer service skills.
- Experience in providing personal assistance or organizational support.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Suite, and phone systems.
- Knowledge of lean management is a plus.
- Ability to manage calendars effectively.
- Prior experience in office management is advantageous.
