Latitude & CO is looking for Entry Level candidates for positions in Customer Service. Our Customer Service Associates are provided professional training to help ensure growth within our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting our clients in the RETENTION and ACQUISITION of customers.
- Consult with various accounts to provide customer service and support.
- Work alongside our CUSTOMER SERVICE and CONSULTATIVE SALES team.
- Learn the business aspect of running a successful client EVENT CAMPAIGN.
- All business & COMMUNICATION aspects between our clients and their target market
- Display great customer service and communication skills to give face-to-face PRESENTATIONS to potential new customers.
- Must show disciplined work ethic with an outstanding ATTITUDE in order to lead others.
- Exhibit/Develop a strong skill set in building lasting professional relationships with customers and clients.
- Assist customers with their wireless products and services.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years customer service/sales or related experience preferred.
- Worked as part of a team and/or independently to reach client objectives.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to apply constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively and professionally daily.
- Superb follow-through and problem-solving skills.
