PayClock Online is web-based time clock software system that gives the customer the ability to manage employee time and attendance from any location, at any time. It allows you to capture, edit and seamlessly integrate your workforce time and attendance data into payroll systems such as ADP, QuickBooks, Paychex, etc.
Our Full Stack .NET Developer will be responsible for providing innovative solutions to our growing line of PayClock Online web applications and various hardware products. They will be able to navigate complex issues independently, all the while providing clean and efficient coding solutions.
The primary focus for this position will be the implementation and maintenance of all aspects of Pay Clock Online, our enterprise level web solution, including but not limited to web portals, supporting services, and databases. This position will be supporting solutions based on C# MVC, JavaScript, CSS, HTML 5, and Azure SQL services.
Our Full Stack .NET Developer must be able to participate and collaborate within a SCRUM team environment in a timely and responsive manner. Our Developer will need to stay up to date with rapidly developing technologies and methodologies. Our Developer will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the established Lathem standard of quality, reliability, ease of use, and performance. Lathem is a fast-paced development environment and our new Full Stack .Net Developer must be able to maintain pace independently in an organization that moves quickly with a sense of urgency.

This position is a hybrid remote position in Atlanta, Georgia. You are required to work Monday through Thursday in office and can work remotely on Fridays. The number of days you are allowed to work remotely can increase with experience with our team.
