Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and energetic individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner - Take customer orders and enter them into the Aloha POS system - Assist with food preparation, including assembling orders and ensuring accuracy - Serve food and beverages to customers in a prompt and courteous manner - Clear and clean tables after customers have finished dining - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales - Maintain a clean and organized front of house area - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise Qualifications: - Previous experience in bussing, food service, or restaurant industry is preferred - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers - Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy - Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
