**Overview:**

Join our team as a Host/Runner and be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

**Duties:**

- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor

- Seat guests and manage reservations

- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the restaurant

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area

- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

- Handle phone calls and take reservations

- Manage waitlists during peak hours

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in guest relations or food service preferred

- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems

- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry practices

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

- Familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus

- Ability to provide excellent customer service and handle guest services professionally
