Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This is a great opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and gain experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Assist in managing reservations and waitlists
- Answer phone calls and take reservations over the phone
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide information to guests about the restaurant, menu items, and daily specials
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for guests

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
