Medical Billing & Coding Manager

Las Vegas Pain Institute and Medical Center is a Las Vegas, NV-based, family practice with a patient base of approximately 30,000 patients. We are currently seeking a Medical Biller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care and will be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
·Review and process patient medical records
·Review and process laboratory results
·Prepare and submit claims for payment
·Provide exceptional customer service
·Maintain office and medical equipment inventory
·Perform patient scheduling and follow up on follow up calls as needed.
·Provide general administrative support to physicians, staff, and management.
·Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in an efficient manner.
·Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills:
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with the ability to learn new software quickly.
·Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
·Detail oriented with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
·Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
·Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Medical billing: 1 year (Preferred)
