Overview
Are you in search of a dynamic opportunity to lead and inspire a workforce team? Look no further! Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development (LCEWD) is hiring a Workforce Team Manager.
The Workforce Team Manager oversees a team of approximately 12 staff members, ensuring the seamless delivery of Wagner-Peyser job seeker services. This role extends beyond supervision, and also manages general communications within the office ensuring a high-quality customer service experience. As an active member of the management team, this position serves as the first line of contact for customers and addresses concerns with professionalism and efficiency. In addition, the Team Manager ensures office safety further contributing to our team’s success.
This role will be Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, primarily based in office, with occasional opportunities for remote work.

Supplemental Information
