00 / hr Laradon has been a leader in advocacy, education, and support for kids and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 75 years.

Drivers are expected to lead by example by maintaining a positive attitude; being thoughtful; supportive; productive and dependable coworker;

No day is ever alike but you can generally look forward to the following responsibilities : Assist participants with loading and unloading of vehicle Confirm that all participants are securely fastened in vehicle and transport in a timely manner.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness. Communicate in a positive, courteous and professional manner. Report issues, concerns or unusual occurrences regarding the participants we serve to Program Manager or Director of Adult Day Services.

Complete required paperwork related to vehicle. Comply with agencies policies and procedures safety and regulatory laws and standards.

Report all mechanical issues related to the vehicle to Fleet Coordinator. Other duties and responsibilities as changed or assigned at any time.
