Position: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Laradon fosters a collaborative, team environment; working on-site in Denver, CO

Starting Salary Range: * $130,000-$160,000 annually
*The stated starting salary pay range for this position is meant to reflect a range of where a typical entry level candidate would start and is not meant to be all inclusive. Additional education and experience may result in a starting pay outside of the stated range.*

As a Chief Operating Officer you will be a valuable asset to Laradon’s mission by overseeing the day-to-day operations of Laradon. In addition to responsibilities for the operational and financial success of Laradon’s individual programs, the COO will establish the direction and strategy for Laradon in collaboration with the CEO while assuring optimal safety, quality, service, and outcomes. This position will lead and sustain change and drive the culture of trauma-informed and integrated care. This position is ultimately responsible for ensuring that quality and comprehensive service is being delivered efficiently on all levels, which is accomplished through effective leadership.
