A residential construction company located in Pensacola is looking for an Accounts Payable clerk to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to execute administrative and clerical needs of this local success-driven companyWhat you’ll be doing to make an impact:
- Data Entry
- Sorting, logging, photocopying and filing invoices
- Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Highly organized
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Invoice coding and processing experience
- For this position, you will be paid $14/hour
- Regular schedule of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- Potential to showcase what you can do and possibly earn a permanent position after working 600 hours through LandrumHR
