Lam Research is Hiring a Technical Program Manager (Multiple Positions) Near Tualatin, OR

Technical Program Manager (Multiple Positions), Lam Research Corporation, Tualatin, OR. Lead cross functional technical teams to enable solutions for process module hardware product development and release. Apply strategic and tactical thinking and manage accountability using sound program management skills. Work with various Product Development and Release (PDR) processes and understand Roles and Responsibilities (R&R) of various cross functional team members throughout the product lifecycle. Present in front of senior product group executives, and peer groups. Prepare high level as well as detailed schedules, manage resource leveling, and budgeting. Apply risk assessment methodology and mitigation planning. Understand complex product option architectures, Engineering change management implementation and detailed BOM management. Use problem solving and decision-making processes to address project/org needs. Participate in Supplier discussions on how to make “build to print” parts. Work with manufacturing and pilot floor to understand and get large part assemblies made. Work with test engineering and technical owner to create test and validation plans. Create agenda for weekly meetings and run the meetings, send out meeting minute. Prepare and maintaining project schedules. Prepare and maintain project budgets, part orders and tracking.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Must have a Master’s degree or a foreign equivalent in Business, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in an engineering or project management role. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor’s degree or a foreign equivalent in Business, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in an engineering or project management role.Must have 2 years of experience managing projects in the semiconductor industry, including facilities, tools start-up, customer support & development, or daily maintenance.Must have 2 years of experience with MS Excel, MS Power Point, and MS Project.Must have 2 years of experience with statistical analysis to drive data-based decision making.Must have 2 years of experience with root cause analysis and corrective action.Must have 2 years of experience creating technical PowerPoint presentations and giving live presentations to engineering professionals and internal leadership.Must have 2 years of experience with project planning and leading cross-functional teams, including the product lifecycle from high volume concept feasibility, alpha testing, beta/customer testing and customer release.Please email resume to resumes@lamresearch.com and reference Job #5513.
