Lam Research is Hiring a Technical Program Manager 4 Near Tualatin, OR

Job Responsibilities

Manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services.

Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.

Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.

Other Job Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for Deposition Product Group while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and stay within approved scope.

Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of engineering, project management, or similarly related experience
  • Fluent with Microsoft business applications like Excel. PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years managing complex projects with executive visibility
  • Formal project management training such as PMP certification
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills
  • Expert in MS Excel and SharePoint Online
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Alteryx, JMP, VBA, Python, and/or Matlab
  • Proven track record of driving business process improvements.
  • Experience ideating, consensus building, leading, implementing, and sustaining meaningful business improvement programs
  • Experience developing, implementing, and sustaining SharePoint Online and Microsoft Team sites and applications
