Previous secretarial experience in school management software is preferred. Must have computer knowledge, good record keeping skills, must be able to multi-task and help in other areas when needed. Must enjoy working with children.
Works in conjunction with Intermediate School administrators, counselors and teachers to maintain student records, data entry and attendance, as well as, general office work as required.
This will be a 240 day contract.
Based on the 2024/25 salary schedule, salary ranges from (minimum) $30,578 to (maximum) $35,771. Salary is based on experience. Complete classified pay scales can be found on our school website.
