JOB SUMMARY:

Conducts and maintains various functions of the Contract Department on a daily basis.

Provides direct support to Contract Manager in various capacities as well as the administration support staff, as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Setup of maintenance contracts including:

· Major Account contracts

· Small Business contracts

· Contract/Lease bundled contracts

· Interterritorial contracts

· National Account contracts

· Miscellaneous contracts

· Contract billing, both System and Excel Spreadsheet

· Meter gathering and entry for billing to include phone calls, if needed

· Credit and rebilling of contract invoices

· Termination and final billing of contracts

· Assist customers with questions and issues relating to contracts and contract billing

· Assist Sales Department, specifically Sales Administrator, as needed

· Assist Accounts Receivable Department with contract/service credits

· Assist with special projects as needed

NEEDED SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

· High school degree with some college preferred

· Minimum of two years experience in an administrative capacity.

· Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

· Must be fluent with Microsoft Excel software able to create and maintain spreadsheets

· Must be fluent with Microsoft Word software being able to create professional letters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
